Wondering what Twitter is all about? Trying to explain to a friend?
The Public Timeline is everything Twitter, but that can be too much (and much of that too little!). I've also noticed that roughly 50% is in Asian character sets. :-(

An aggregation of humorous, weird, inspiring, newsworthy or just plain cool random status updates from Twitter.RandomTweets randomly grabs recent status updates (tweets) from the Twitter public time line over the course of the day. They are reviewed and the 10 best are named to the top 10.
